Requesting friends

Hi Everyone,  I am looking for friends interested in following my VT blog.  Of course I am looking for people who are like me in terms of considering VT or who are already in the VT process.  I am also hoping that Vision Therapists and Behavioural Optometrists will be my friend too.
I did make some friend requests and some people have accepted me.  Thank you for this.  I think, though, it might be easier for me to request that if you are interested in following my progress and/or engaging in the social mirrowing that I will need in my process, that you kindly send me a friend request.  If so, that would be great.  I ask because I will make my blogs private to friends only.  I am not out of the closet on this - yet. 
At thsi point I had my first appoinment yesterday with a Behavioural Optometrist to determine if I a candiate and my cat was flat.  My next appoinment is in April.

Now upload videos directly to Sovoto!

Hello! Wanted to share great news that you can now upload videos directly on to Sovoto, as opposed to uploading using YouTube or Vimeo code.

Here is how to do it:

1. Navigate to your profile page

2. On the left-hand column navigation click "videos"

3. Immediately on screen you are prompted to "click to add videos." Follow the remaining on screen instructions.

Please note:

You can add up to 30 videos at a time, and each video may be up to 100MB in size. We support videos in the .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, .wmv, .3gp, and .3g2 file formats.

If you would like to add a video to your status, please select video. Then copy and paste your Sovoto video link into the status bar.
