Welcome to the Wow Vision Therapy "Parent Support" Group

We are a group of concerned parents who understand about how vision therapy can help a struggling child because they have experienced it first hand.

We share experiences about vision therapy so that other parents can gain better insight about how vision problems influence a child's performance in reading, learning, sports and many activities of life...and that there is help.

If you are interested in hearing from our group of parents begin a discussion question by clicking on "Start Discussion". Then submit your question. The parents in Parent Support are here to help you with your questions.

Hello, my daughter is currently sick and while she seemed to be doing very well (recently tested at 20/20 in both eyes during a VT progress eval and does well with 3d testing) she can't watch TV or read with both eyes it seems, due to the stress of the bug. What should we do during what is likely to be another few days of being home sick, but with reading and TV causing her to not be able to use her eyes together? (Since being sick she complains her eyes hurt, rubs them a lot, and covers the left/weaker eye often during TV/reading.) Thanks!

We've started a patient and parent advocacy group under Team Jillian.  Can you join that group too.  We will address media requests for interviews, speaking opportunities, programs, etc.  Thanks!
