I have been working with a 12 year old boy who used to be a constant alternating 30D ET but now is straight most of the time.  His entering Rx was +.50-.50x10 OD and +.50 sph OS with 20/20 acuities in each eye.  As we progressed thru therapy his right eye became more myopic and he is now wearing a -.75 Contact lens on the OD and is plano OS.  His monocular acuities are fine, but binocularly he is 20/100 at distance and 20/50 at near.  I have done a lot of accommodative therapy with him, but…See More

Now upload videos directly to Sovoto!

Hello! Wanted to share great news that you can now upload videos directly on to Sovoto, as opposed to uploading using YouTube or Vimeo code.

Here is how to do it:

1. Navigate to your profile page

2. On the left-hand column navigation click "videos"

3. Immediately on screen you are prompted to "click to add videos." Follow the remaining on screen instructions.

Please note:

You can add up to 30 videos at a time, and each video may be up to 100MB in size. We support videos in the .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, .wmv, .3gp, and .3g2 file formats.

If you would like to add a video to your status, please select video. Then copy and paste your Sovoto video link into the status bar.
