Effects of ADD-ADHD medication on the development of the visual system

I read a brief mention on one of the behavioral optometry websites that there was a study performed which concluded that certain ADD/ADHD medications prevented or stimed the development of the visual system.  I have done a precursery search on PUBMED and additional journal article sites to no avail.  Does anyone have any information they can provide on this subject.  Thank you.

About
I am currently enrolled as a Post Bac Pre Med student at Spring Hill College in Mobile, AL. I am preparing to attend UAB School of Optometry. My area of concentration will be Behavioral Optometry, more specifically Pediatric Neuro-Optometry. I am a parent of a child benefiting from vision therapy after a Mild Traumatic Head Injury at the age of 3. He is now 7 and recovering more each day thanks to Behavioral Optometry. I intend to be the voice and advocate for children suffering needlessly with visual problems. I wish to promote awareness on a national level in Washington D. C. addressing our cause specifically regarding insurance coverage and school funding for vision screening and vision therapy under the special services division as well as spearheading extensive research to validate our science wih the medical profession.

Now upload videos directly to Sovoto!

Hello! Wanted to share great news that you can now upload videos directly on to Sovoto, as opposed to uploading using YouTube or Vimeo code.

Here is how to do it:

1. Navigate to your profile page

2. On the left-hand column navigation click "videos"

3. Immediately on screen you are prompted to "click to add videos." Follow the remaining on screen instructions.

Please note:

You can add up to 30 videos at a time, and each video may be up to 100MB in size. We support videos in the .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, .wmv, .3gp, and .3g2 file formats.

If you would like to add a video to your status, please select video. Then copy and paste your Sovoto video link into the status bar.
