Susan Barry's book, "Fixing My Gaze" has helped families to get started with vision therapy in my office. It describes and educates both parents and patients about the power of binocular vision and its effect on one's quality of life.

Dr. Habermehl is the current President-Elect of COVD. His optometry practice has been providing vision therapy to children and adults for nearly twelve years and currently offers VT training for doctors and therapists three times a year around the country. Dr. Habermehl’s practice also includes the dynamic Sensory Learning Program, that has demonstrated the ability to cut vision therapy time in half as well as effectively treat those patients on the autistic spectrum.
