Dear fellow Sovoto members,

Over the past week or so, you may have noticed several spam offenders on the site. They are removed as quickly as possible and blocked from the network, however, some still get through. Please be assured, that further steps are be taken to block the efforts of spammers.

Also, a quick thank you to the members who have reported these spammers - that too is very helpful in blocking them from the network.

Join Sovoto

Now upload videos directly to Sovoto!

Hello! Wanted to share great news that you can now upload videos directly on to Sovoto, as opposed to uploading using YouTube or Vimeo code.

Here is how to do it:

1. Navigate to your profile page

2. On the left-hand column navigation click "videos"

3. Immediately on screen you are prompted to "click to add videos." Follow the remaining on screen instructions.

Please note:

You can add up to 30 videos at a time, and each video may be up to 100MB in size. We support videos in the .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .avi, .wmv, .3gp, and .3g2 file formats.

If you would like to add a video to your status, please select video. Then copy and paste your Sovoto video link into the status bar.
